Chicken wings with Pineapple Barbeque Sauce in the Big Green Egg


1 pack of Foodsaver chicken wings 
1 ½ cup of Pineapple juice
1/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce from Foodsaver
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of ketchup from Foodsaver
1 ½ tablespoons of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of grated Ardo ginger from Foodsaver
½ finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons fresh coriander
Salt and Maldon pepper from Foodsaver


​ Adjust the Big green Egg temperature to 180 degrees.
Place all ingredients apart from the wings in a bowl. Mix the ingredients until they are all blended together. Add the wings, cover with a plastic membrane and place in the fridge to marinate for 3-4 hours.
Remove the wings from the marinade and grill them in the Big Green Egg. Close the lid and cook for 6-7 minutes. Open the lid and turn the wings and cook for another 4 minutes.
Finally, place the marinade in a saucepan and cook it over medium heat on the Big Green Egg for approximately 8 minutes, stirring it with a spoon.
Serve the wings covered with the barbeque sauce.
