Butter and flour a bundt pan. Preheat the oven to 176C. In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients, except for the baking soda. In another large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until white and fluffy, for about 5 to 6 minutes. Mix the egg and molasses into the butter and sugar mixture. In a small bowl, mix together the baking soda and coffee. Alternate adding the dry and wet ingredients to the butter and sugar mixture, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Pour the batter into the bundt pan. Bake for about 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
