For the salad:
Clean the prawns but keep the head.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the prawns until they become red and are cooked well, for 6-7 minutes.
When the prawns are cooked, remove them from the frying pan and place them to one side.
In the same warm frying pan, add the Wellness Mix, salt and pepper and cook for 7-8 minutes. Place to one side
For the Vinaigrette:
In a bowl, mix the vinegar with the juices, the citrus fruit zest and the salt.
Add the honey and mix well until it has dissolved. Gradually add the olive oil, beating the ingredients with a whisk until the vinaigrette becomes homogenous and thick.
Add salt and pepper accordingly.
Finally, serve in a platter. Place the warm Wellnes Mix and the prawns on the platter and pour the vinaigrette generously over the salad.
