1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Fry the bacon, without oil or butter, in a non-stick frying pan until it becomes golden brown and crunchy. Lay some backing paper onto a baking tray.
3. Beat the eggs with the milk in a large bowl, add the bacon along with its juices from the pan, 2/3 of the Chorio Guyere cheese, salt and pepper. Mix.
4. Empty the mixture in the baking tray, sprinkle with the remaining Guyere and bake for 30-35 minutes until it becomes golden in colour.
