1. Roughly cut the anthotyro in a bowl with your hands. Add the honey, orange zest, sugar, eggs and mix until they become a homogeneous mixture.
2. Line a baking tray with a generous amount of Chorio Butter and sprinkle plenty of flour over the lining.
3. Spread the mixture onto the baking tray and level its surface with a spatula. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C until the pie’s surface becomes golden-brown.
4. Let the pie rest for a while once you have removed it from the oven. Sprinkle the surface with cinnamon.
