Method
1. Peel and dice the pumpkin in small cubes.
2. In a deep saucepan add water, the Chorio olive oil, the pumpkin, the onion finely chopped, the tomatoes grated and the raisins. Boil for approximately 20 minutes.
3. Add the rice, salt and pepper and boil for another 10 minutes.
Serve with warm village bread.
